US Air Force Academy selects StatMonitr for 2014-15
COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The United State Air Force Academy will use the StatMonitr media stats system for the 2014-15 school year, StatBroadcast announced today.
The Air Force Academy is a military academy for officer candidates of the United States Air Force. The campus is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado and has an enrollment of 4,413 cadets. The academy was established in 1954 by President Dwight D. Eisenhower. The Air Force Falcons compete at the NCAA Division-I FBS level in 29 sports, including two non-NCAA sports, as members of the Mountain West Conference. Air Force leads all of the service academies, having won the Commander-in-Chief's Trophy, awarded to the season's winner of the service academy's triangular football series, 18 times including six consecutive between 1997 and 2002.
Air Force is partnering with StatBroadcast as part of a conference-wide initiative by the Mountain West to use the StatMonitr system at all of its members' home athletic events.
